Refund policy

At Gurukripa Saree, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds.

Exchange Policy:
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
- Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Please contact us at info@gurukripasaree.com or WhatsApp us with your order details and reason for exchange.

Damaged / Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at info@gurukripasaree.com and we will resolve it on priority.
